Margaret Moore (Coach Meg) is the Founder and CEO of Wellcoaches Corporation, which is dedicated to setting the gold standard for professional coaches in healthcare in partnership with Wellcoaches partner, the American College of Sports Medicine. Wellcoaches now trains 1,000 coaches per year worldwide and has established the industry-first coach certifications.

Prior to Wellcoaches, Margaret spent 17 years in the biotechnology industry in the UK, Canada, U.S., and France. She played senior roles at companies that are now divisions of SanofiAventis and AstraZeneca and was the CEO/COO of two biotechnology companies.
To help build an intellectual foundation for coaching psychology, Margaret co-founded the Harvard Medical School Coaching Psychology Conference and the McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School Coaching & Positive Psychology Initiative, and is the lead author of the Lippincott Williams Wilkins Coaching Psychology Manual, the first coaching textbook in healthcare to be published in early 2009.
